Eric is a writer and reporter based in Washington DC. He has written for the <em>Washington Post Magazine<\/em>, the <em>Week<\/em>, the <em>New Republic<\/em>, the <em>Daily Beast, Spectrum<\/em>, and more. He has also been an assistant editor at the <em>Washington Post&#8217;s<\/em>  Outlook section, associate editor at the <em>Hill<\/em>, staff writer for <em>Market Watch, National Journal<\/em> and <em>Roll Call<\/em>.
